Three answers, and I can tell you which setup fits

How many people take bookings, how many treatments you want bookable, and how bookings reach you at the moment. Everything else can be settled afterwards.

Email is the way in, and there is no other channel to miss: no messaging app, no form that goes somewhere else. Answered by the end of the next working day.

The enquiry

Write it here and check it before it goes

The form works out which of the two published setups your answers fall into while you type, and shows you the whole of the enquiry before anything leaves your screen.

The name over the door, if there is one.
Counting yourself. Whole number.
A rough count is fine, and so is leaving it empty.
Where the booking widget would go. Leave it empty if there is no site yet.
Leave it as it is and the reply will say which one fits.
Optional, and it can be decided later.
A platform you already pay for, a date you want to be live by, a rota that is more complicated than it looks.
The button switches on once the page has finished loading.

Where your answers land

Put in how many people take bookings, and roughly how many treatments if you have counted them, and the setup those answers fall into appears here with its figure.

What the enquiry will say

Everything it carries is here as you type it. Nothing else is added to it.

Nothing typed here is stored or watched by this website. It is worked out in your own browser as you go.

This site has no server of its own. The button writes the enquiry out and opens a message in your own email program with the text already in it; it is you who presses send, and until you do, nothing has left your computer.

After you write

What happens next

  1. You write, and you can see exactly what it says

The form assembles the enquiry in your own browser and shows it to you as you type. Nothing is stored here and nothing is watched.

  2. I reply in writing

By the end of the next working day, with the setup your answers fall into, the figure for it and what it covers. If the answers sit past Salon Booking Setup, the reply says so and quotes for the salon rather than inventing a figure.

  3. Nothing starts until you say so

An order is made when you accept the confirmation in writing. Until then there is no invoice, no obligation and nothing to cancel.

What is done with an email once it arrives — where it is kept, for how long and who else sees it — is set out on the Privacy Policy page.
