Delivery & Service Terms

Nothing here is posted and nothing is downloaded: what is delivered is a booking system built inside your own account, and a session in which it becomes yours to run.

Myshukrin is a business name used by one person working on their own account. It is not a company, it has no company number, and it is based in Scotland.

What is delivered

ScopePer setup

A booking system configured inside the salon’s own account on the salon’s own platform: treatments with their lengths and prices, staff with their hours, the rules the diary runs on, the messages that go out around an appointment, and the route your clients book through — a booking link with Solo Booking Setup, a widget built into your own website with Salon Booking Setup.

With it: the handover session, and a short written note afterwards covering the same ground for whoever was not on the call.

Nothing is posted, because there is nothing physical in any of this. There are no files to download either: the work is done in your account and it is there when you log in.

When the days start counting

Starts atPayment and access

From the day both of these have arrived: the invoice settled, and everything listed under what you need to have ready, including access to the booking platform account.

Not from the day you accepted the confirmation, and not from the day you first wrote. If half the material arrives on Monday and the rest on Thursday, the days start on Thursday, and you are told so at the time rather than at the end.

How long each setup takes

Working days3-5 or 7-10 days

Solo Booking Setup takes 3-5 working days. Salon Booking Setup takes 7-10 working days, because a team, a widget and a set of reminders are more to build and more to check than one chair and a link.

Those are the periods this business works to, and where one is going to be missed you are told before it is missed. A delay caused by waiting on something of yours moves the finish by the time spent waiting, and nothing more.

What a working day means here

RunsMonday to Friday

Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays in Scotland. This business is run from Scotland, and Scottish public holidays are not the same days as the English ones: a first Monday in August is a holiday here and an ordinary working day in England, and the late-August bank holiday is the other way round.

So a week that looks clear on an English calendar may be a four-day week on this one. Where a date matters to you, say so in your enquiry and it is checked against the calendar before the confirmation goes out.

The handover session

Runs for45 or 90 minutes

45 minutes with Solo Booking Setup, 90 minutes with Salon Booking Setup. It is a video call, booked at a time the salon is quiet, and it is worth having whoever actually runs the diary on the call rather than only the owner.

It covers the diary as it then stands — adding a booking, moving one, blocking out time, closing a day, changing a price — and it finishes with the written note. Training somebody who joins the salon afterwards is not part of the setup; an hour of the monthly plan will cover it.

Confirmations and reminders

SentBefore the day

A confirmation goes out the moment a booking is made, and a reminder goes out before the appointment. What they say, and how long before the reminder goes, is set up to your instructions.

Setting reminders up is part of Salon Booking Setup and not of Solo Booking Setup: that is how the two are priced and this page will not quietly say otherwise.

Whatever the platform charges for sending messages is the platform’s own charge on the salon’s own subscription. It is not inside any figure on this site, and it is not collected by me.

Reminders are sent. Whether a client turns up is between the client and the salon, and no promise about that is made here.

The booking platform itself

BilledMonthly, and yours

The account is opened in the salon’s name and the subscription is bought by the salon, direct from the platform, on whatever terms the platform sets. It is not resold here, no margin is taken on it, and no introduction fee is taken from any platform for recommending it.

That means the platform can change its prices or its features without me, and if it does, the change is between you and it. It also means that if you and I never speak again you keep the account, the diary and everything in it.

What your clients pay

RouteNever through me

Deposits, prepayments and charges for missed appointments all run through your own account with the platform, or with the payment provider you connect to it. They are your money, taken in your name, into your own accounts.

None of it passes through this website and none of it passes through me. No card details are seen, held or stored at any point, by me or by this site, which has no card field anywhere on it.

If the day passes and nothing has arrived

Answered byNext working day

Write to production@myshukrin.com and say so. A message about work that is late is answered by the end of the next working day, with either the work or a date, and not with silence.

If a setup is not finished within a reasonable time, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives a consumer the right to have it done again or to a reduction in the price; this business offers the same to a customer who is not a consumer, as a term of the contract. That is set out under if something is wrong with the setup.

The monthly support plan, month by month

Runs forOne month

Booking System Support is £85 a month and it is optional: the setup keeps working whether or not you take it, and nothing switches off if you stop.

What a month buys

Up to one hour of changes to your treatments and your schedules: adding, renaming, repricing or retiring a treatment; changing working hours; adding a holiday; covering a staff change; answering a question about the diary in writing.

How quickly a request is answered

A support request is answered by the end of the next working day. That is when you hear from me, not when the change is finished: a change that takes ten minutes is usually done in the same reply, and one that needs a decision from you takes as long as the decision does.

When a month starts and ends

A month starts on the day the first invoice for it is paid and runs to the same date in the following month. It renews by a fresh invoice each month, never by a standing authority: nothing is taken automatically from a card or a bank account, and a month that is not invoiced and paid does not run.

Unused time

An hour that is not used is not banked. It does not carry into the next month, it is not refunded, and it does not add up over a quiet winter into an afternoon in spring. That is what makes a small monthly figure possible, and it is said here rather than left to be discovered.

Going past the hour

Work past the hour is quoted before it is started and never charged afterwards. A change large enough to be a rebuild — a different platform, a doubling of the team, a new service list from scratch — is a setup rather than a change, and is quoted as one.

Stopping it

Either of us may end it by writing before the next month begins. There is no notice period beyond that and no minimum term, and the access you gave me ends with the plan.

If something is wrong with the setup

RemedyPut right

Say what is wrong and it is looked at. Where the work was not done with reasonable care and skill, a consumer may require it to be done again at no further cost, and where doing it again is impossible or cannot be done in a reasonable time, may require a reduction in the price (Consumer Rights Act 2015, sections 55 and 56). Those rights cannot be excluded by any term of any contract.

Where you are buying as a business rather than as a consumer you do not have them by law, so this business gives you the same two remedies as a term of the contract instead.

What is being put right is the work: the diary built to what was agreed. A change of mind about what was agreed is a change, and changes are covered under changes while the work is on, in the Terms.

What is outside my hands

Applies forStanding

The booking platform itself: whether it is up, how fast it is, what it decides to charge, and what it does to its own features after the work is finished. What your staff do to the diary after handover. What your clients do once a booking exists. None of those is something I can promise for, and none is treated here as though it were.

Where a platform withdraws something a setup relied on, say so and the reply will say what it would take to work round it and what that would cost, before anything is done.

Cancelling, and getting money back

Right to cancel14 days

There is a fourteen-day right to cancel, and there is a rule about what happens if you asked for the work to start inside those fourteen days. Both, with the statutory wording and the model cancellation form, are on the Refund & Cancellation page.
